Be aware, if you're not familiar with pure cacao paste, it can have a rather tart flavor. I like to use these because I can control what I sweeten them with.I actually like eating raw cacao, but it can be really hard, like you're chewing shells.This is why I love these. No more chomping down on mixed in shells. It is pure cacao paste made into discs. I love to treat myself to about ten of these with ten nuts. Very satisfying.
