The horizontal band around the ribcage is very soft and provides a nice squeeze to keep everything in place. The lingerie itself looks very nice and is very flattering. I have a bottom heavy hourglass figure and this made my top half look great. The quality and appearance are very nice for the price. I didn't expect much for a $15 piece of lingerie but it gets the job done. I'll be ordering in other colors as well. Comes with a pretty standard cheap string thong but the top piece looks great. It's actually flattering enough that if the shirt piece wasn't see through, you could wear this out.
