No more guessing if something fell down the sink, or if the trap needs cleaning. This one is fast and simple to check and clean. My one concern is that if any of the seals need replacing in the future, I might be guessing at what, or what size to use, and is it readily available. There were no instructions included, not that anything is really needed, and the amazon sell page does give some details.
