It helps people identify me as someone with a disability. I have decorated mine with some pins for awareness of my disabilities and got a different card made but both the lanyard and card are perfect.Easy to put on with a clip at the top and can easily be put straight over your head without having to undo it. Easy to use and very sturdy and reliable.Have bought this a few times as I did accidentally lose one.
