Since I wanted to mix it with my vanilla protein shake mix, I thought that 1/4 too wouldn't be enough. I used 1/2 teaspoon chai with 8 ounces hot water and 1 serving vanilla protein powder. The chai was way too strong. So, I recommend trying 1/4 teaspoon to begin with. The good news is that my sinuses are clear for the rest of the day.

We greatly enjoy the Waka Tea Powder Mix. I offered a cup to an Indian acquaintance, who wanted to try it without an dairy or oat milk. It passed her taste test. She asked me to please forward a photo of the bottle to her. My British friend, who typically drinks English breakfast tea, also enjoyed it as an afternoon cuppa. So I think it’s passed enough taste tests that I can highly recommend it. In fact, it’s tea time now! It is a bit spicy, but if it wasn’t spicy, it wouldn’t be chai
