I never reached out to him.) asking to replace the blade and also asked for my application to ensure I had the right blade for my use. A replacement was sent out quickly and I had it in had in less than a week. The new blade cuts true and I am very happy with it.I want to take a moment to thank Frank and his team at Imachinist. I let the blade sit on my shelf for 5 months, well past the warrantee period and it was completely my fault to not test the blade in time. Not only did Frank replace the blade, he went the extra step by personally ensuring the type of blade would meet my needs. This is the type of customer service you always hope for.
