**Q: Is the power plug normal size? Would be plugged in outside and so the socket cover needs to close over it.**
A: I use an IP66 external 13amp waterproof socket & found when plugging in the spot light power plug the front lid would not fully close, so had to use a separate extension lead enclosed in a Dri-box.

A: Hello I think you need to email the light company sorry not me. Thank you

**Q: Can you switch it on from a timer on the plug, or only with the remote?**
A: Don’t see why not but it will always come back on to the first setting. So if you want that all is good. If not would need to use remote to change. I just leave mine on under the water to be honest. Great lights I have two sets and been on for over a year with no problems

**Q: Is there a way to stop them flashing after they have been turned off? 
They default to the original mode which is a random colour mode which flashes**
A: I turn mine off at the plug (Alexa) and when they switch back on they are on the setting I had them on,, 
If you use remote,, Try just turning off plug ,,
