The only negative is that the image is almost upside down when the branding iron is screwed on to the handle. Therefore, I had to hold the handle in an awkward angle or position my cake/bread in a certain angle to make sure the image will be branded right side up. I had no problem of the print orientation. I only need to heat it on stovetop at high for 2 min and stamp onto the cake firmly for 2 sec for each one to produce the best result.
