Fit a 20 lb turkey with ease. Next year I will consider lowering the temp by 25 degrees the last 2 hours (we cooked at 325 and it was done 30 minutes early but still very juicy). Frees up your oven for other holiday dishes needing cooked. Very easy clean up.

This worked amazingly well, getting the turkey and stuffing both up to temperature in about two hours less than usual, and even though it was very well done the near was still tender. It holds the temperature perfectly, and cleans up like a dream when you're done. I can't wait to try a ham in it for Christmas!

This roaster works great and did well for our Thanksgiving turkey. It frees up the oven for sides and did not loose as much heat from everyone opening the door. I really like the removeable pan that comes out to clean. The only thing to keep in mind is bird did not get browned like in the oven but tasted great.
