## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wait until you receive the Crack repair kit before you make a start on grinding out any mortar.
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 July 2019*

I used this product to prevent a minor crack in a high garden retaining wall getting any worse. The crack was brought on by the force of tree roots which I removed a couple of years ago. Re-pointing alone didn't stop the crack from reappearing, albeit minor at this stage I didnt want to wait to see if it got any worse. I made a start before reciving the kit and ground out too many courses of motar than needed. I just used the equipment provided to repoint those not required. I liked the fact that the kit had everything I needed and the equipment was very good quality. I struggled getting the both the bond matereal and motar for repointing into the washable tubes and made quite a mess. Once in, it was very easy to use and worked well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but grout applicator needs review
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 February 2026*

Good piece of kit that does the job. The applicator for the grout needs a bit of work though as after a few applications, the tube splits

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crack repair
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 April 2025*

Easy to use to repair cracks
