I've used it several times when cooking hotdogs/hamburgers for 300+ people. It allowed for cooking a couple of hours ahead of time and serving hot food. The slots on the inside hold plenty of catering pans or trays. I use the inside of the box to store my smoking/grilling gear when not in use. Probably my most underrated "tool" for cooking...highly recommend.

A: 6 -1/2 pans or 3 full pans

**Q: Will this keep food cold in a outdoor farmers market setting?**
A: These boxes are fantastic.  Should stay cold up to 5 hours or so, assuming you don't keep opening and closing it.  It doesn't heat or chill, only maintains the temp that it went in at.  I suppose that if you put a tray of ice in there, you might get a bit more out of it.

**Q: If I purchase the cambro go and use half pan and/or full pan aluminum trays will I need a thermo barrier?**
A: You just need the hotel pans.  Assuming that everything in the box is either hot or cold.

**Q: Does this accommodate a commercial half sheet pan**
A: Yes

If you cater, or simply carry foods to the family dinner on Sunday, this is a must have!!!! I’ve seen similar food boxes sell for 2-3 times the price of this one. It’s much lighter weight than the commercial ones, and holds food piping hot for hours!!!! Fits 6 full, or 12 half pans!!! 5 stars for sure!!!
