Review: Seemed 1/2 size smaller than Adidas Terrex Boots - I have the Terrex insulated boot, they are excellent, I bought them in a 7.5, I wear a women's 9.5 in sport type shoes. Those fit great. These lower shoe model seemed a little short. I wore them in the house a lot to make sure my toe wasn't going to hit the end. I did keep them and they'll be fine, I'm not walking down any steep hills, but if I was I would reconsider. Great features of this shoe: Super grippy sole, very important on icy sidewalks. Also lots of height in the toe box, really need that, really appreciate it. At first they hit me in the ankles and I was concerned, but I bent the ankle parts back and forth a little to loosen them up, wore them in the house, it stopped bothering me right away. Really love the padding around the heel. Love the all black color.
