I had one of these on my my bike for about 5000 miles, thought it was time to replace it, measured it and saw that it hasn't stretched at all.

Total junk. Broke mid-shift on my second ride with it. XC MTB. Less than 15 Miles. One of the pins basically exploded and the chain plate it was in bent nearly 90 degrees.
