(sometimes I will have a second dose in the afternoon) I take this product to maintain the health of my tendons and ligaments. ...Joints don't hurt and my knees operate as they should! Last year I stopped taking collagen peptides for about 2 months.. about 3 weeks into that EVERYTHING started to hurt, especially my right knee!! I was thinking...what the hell?? Finally, I realized the collagen supplement I had been taking (PROMIX) HAD BEEN making a positive effect in my body. I promptly placed another order for the product. After about a week & half of consuming my new order, I noticed joint pain was receding (now gone) and 2 or so weeks, the knee no longer has pain. I can do squats again. I have tried LOTS of different protein powders and other collagen products over the years. I have found the peptide version of collagen to be the best.
