At night the reverse happens and the sparkle shoes up inside under the glare of artificial light. Not good.It is also stripey. The product has a subtle stripe going through it at around 1cm intervals. Unfortunately this isn't advertised - I cut three pieces for a bay window to maximise use of the product and now have two windows with vertical stripes and one with horizontal stripes. Great value for the privacy it delivers, especially hallway windows without compromising on light especially when living in the city and overlooked by so many flats. Etched effect looks great and subtle. I prefer it to the patterned stuff available which looks very 1980s.
