Heavy duty and solid, no warping so far and when I keep it clean it looks and works exactly the same now as it did when I bought it almost a year ago. My only negative is that the pan is quite heavy and the handle is thin and an odd shape so if you aren't very strong or if you have hand mobility issues you will have to use both handles to move it around.
