I work 12-13 hour overnight shifts 3-4 times per week. This takes a toll on ones body. I try not to use medications for my aches and pains too often, but sometimes I can't help it. The times that I don't use those, I like to use EOs.This is where the Recover oil comes into play. My muscles and joints are often aching by the end of my shift. I've started applying this oil to help alleviate the strained feeling. I appreciate that the blend doesn't feel oily or greasy on my skin. It seems as though it absorbs quickly and leaves a soft and smooth feeling. The smell is quite delightful and not overpowering. With the wintergreen in it, I had concern that it would give off the familiar smell of ICYHOT, which it did not. My muscles felt much more relaxed and I didn't have to take oral medications. For these reasons alone, I will keep using it for sure.The Metabolic Lift oil I used before I go into work. In an effort to curb my appetite, or better yet, boost my metabolism, I used this oil. Working nights puts a strain on your metabolism. Our bodies are not designed to work well in that department overnight. That's our time for rest. So I applied this oil directly onto my stomach. Again, it absorbed nicely, didn't feel oily or greasy under my uniform, which I appreciated. The smell wasn't overpowering, which I also appreciated for work. When I applied it, it gave my skin a warming feeling almost. I can't say whether or not it boosted my metabolism, which is the real reason for the 4-star review. I just got into essential oils after hearing all of the different uses that they are good for. I got these at a reduced price for my honest review and honestly, I love them already!First of all, the packaging is beautiful! I love it when a company puts a lot of thought into how they package a product. To me it says "this is a high quality product." I have received some products that just come in zip lock bags and for me it just said that not much thought was put into the product. The bottles are 1.7fl oz so they are much bigger than your ordinary essential oil bottles which normally run from 5oz to 15oz. I'm not sure if they are already diluted with a carrier oil but I'm guessing that they are since they can be used directly on the skin.The Metabolic Lift has a pleasant orange cinnamon smell to it. It's not greasy at all and the fragrance last a very long time. I haven't used this in my diffuser yet but I will be. Just not sure how much I should use because I don't know how concentrated these oils are. The active ingredients in the Metabolic Lift are Lemon, Orange, Bergamot, Pink Grapefruit, and Cinnamon. The metabolic lift is suppose to control appetite, enhance your mood, and reduce bloating. I'M IN!The Recover smells AMAZING! It has a wintergreen scent to it. The active ingredients in it are Basil, Juniper, Berry, Helichrysum, Spearmint, Chamomile, and Copaiba. The Recover is suppose to release tension, aches and pains.I can't wait to try their other essential oils! I'm really excited about this product - if you can't tell. I highly recommend it.
