A couple of years ago, I had the good fortune of supporting the MAXIMUS Lung Trainer or 'FITNESS ACCELERATOR' on KICKSTARTER. For my contribution, I received an early prototype model which I used routinely to nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS. I followed the enclosed directions to the letter in order to document my progress in Cardio & Strength parameters. It truly is just as it sounds, a FITNESS ACCELERATOR. I was able to reduce my 2.5 mile bike time by 30% while increasing hammer curls by 25%+. (AMRAP--As Many Reps AS Possible) Physiologically, my VO2 MAX, the single most important determinant of oxygen capacity/efficiency was increased by 26.47% (from 34 to 43 in 6 mos.!) as monitored by my GARMIN Vivosmart device. (See attached photos.) Whether you're looking to train for a particular event/race, a team or individual sport that requires peak physical conditioning or just want to be IN THE BEST SHAPE YOU CAN BE, the MAXIMUS LUNG TRAINER will help you achieve your goals faster with greater efficiency by getting to your target heart rate substantially quicker & training your lungs to maintain those levels for longer periods of time.
