I had used it about 7 times and found it easy to use, with excellent results. The next use, however, was not quite as successful in that I experienced the type of situation described by the 1* reviewer (5* vs 1* comparison), where it is failing to recognize the appropriate string for tuning. I wondered if battery life might be an issue but decided to turn it off and try again a bit later. It then worked alright, so it's too soon to say whether it was just an isolated incident or something else. I've, therefore, held back a bit and given it 3 stars, rather than the 5 stars I would have awarded if I had reviewed earlier. Three months on, I've had no repeat of above and all is good.
