They feel well made, have a good weight to them, and the holder keeps everything organized in a way that actually looks nice on the counter. My favorite feature is how the inner surface is slightly slanted so juices naturally run toward the back ridge instead of spilling over the edge. It’s a small detail but genuinely useful. I also like that the front edge doesn’t have a ridge, which gives your knife the proper clearance to cut without bumping into anything.
