Lining covers the bum portion and up to the top of the waist band so it's very comfortable and reliable to sleep in while on your period. It was delivered to me faster than estimated. Expensive but so very worth it as there's not another product with this much coverage. And these are comfoftable, they work and tbd crotch area is wider and I don't feel like I am wearing something indequate for my leaky bladder. They are soft and seem to wick away moisture.
