I recently started the Dave Palumbo keto diet and I needed a high quality protein with little to no carbs, and having done my research, I went to muscletech because the have enough money not to put filler in their product and not to use some of the techniques other, cheaper, companies would employ. (Google how beef protein is extracted and you will see why I say that, but muscletech doesn't use this cheap method) The taste is of a deep chocolate and unlike other people, I have zero problems mixing it. I use a simple Jay Cutler shaker cup and it mixes perfectly, so I have no idea why people have problems with it when I've had a total of 3 tubs and zero problems like that.It does have 3 grams of creatine in it,so it's best used during your creatine cycle and not during the 4 weeks off of creatine. Give it shot, hopefully you have the same nice things to say as I do.

This is by far the worst expieriance ive had with protein powders...most are hard to mix...this one is near impossible. Also the taste is beyond horrible and the smell is awful. It smells like burned meth mixed with dirty diapers. I usually dont say this...having said that...do not buy this. Research beef protein powders elsewhere.

Would be good if they lowered the sodium content, its a bit crazy. Great taste though and good quality.
