It took me about an hour to assemble it, only because I have arthritis in my hands. Instructions were clear, just don’t tighten the screws until completely assembled 😉 It’s faux not leather but definitely looks like it. It is very durable and sturdy and doesn’t have a cheap look. It fits perfectly near my door to sit and remove footwear and rails to store them. I put a mat under the bottom to keep the floor clean of debris from shoes. I simply love this bench!!

Great PU leather benches! I bought two. A green one for our bathroom and a black one for our closet. Super easy assembly and super comfortable to sit on to dry yourself right out of the shower, or to sit to tie your shoes. Perfect height for me at 5’2 and for my husband at 6’. Very sturdy and pretty too. The green one looks like decor although bought primarily for functionality. I also like the rail shelf under the seat part for placing shoes & slippers out of the way. Highly recommend as quality is very good especially at this price point.
