(Slim version, with short cable) *by P***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 December 2018* This review is for the slim version with the short cable, not the new version with the long cable.Great product. I know if I didn’t take care when using it, it would probably be broken by now. I say this because, products built this way usually spoil. The way to make this product last is to limit the movement of the cable.What I did was buy a lightning extension lead. I have left the device on a surface where it doesn’t move, connected the long lightning cable extension lead to the device, and then finally to my phone.This limits the movement of the device and the lead attached to it, and prevents wear and tear. The lightning extension lead gets all the wear and tear. However, because there is no longer a heavy device hanging and swinging from the phone anymore, that short lead that comes out of the device no longer suffers from wear and tear. I think the lightning extension lead will last a long time.The device could be improved by separating the lead that comes out of it. One side already has an Ethernet port, so maybe add a USB port to one side, this way we can use replacement USB-to-lightning leads and not have to worry about the device spoiling.An extra would be a headphone jack would be great. The only thing I can do now is find a set of USB headphones and use those, although I haven’t tried yet. It seems like the lightning port on the device is only used for phone charging. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by J***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 July 2019* The customer service from this company was second to none. I ordered the product and it worked the first three times i used it then it failed. It transpired that if you have a very long connection between the PC and projector some of the adaptors don't always work (info from the AV guys supporting me set up presentation for an event using the HDMI adaptor). When I went to return the product i was 2 days outside of the Amazon return period so i contacted them directly. I got a response within 24hrs and within 48hrs they had sent me a replacement but that wasn't just it it. They genuinely wanted to know if the second product worked or failed (its working so far).
