**Q: Is this essentially Sriracha without the sugar?**
A: This is magic in a jar, I remember the first time I had this and then I bought that garbage in a squeeze bottle and it was horrible.  Then I found this magic again.  Its like sriracha but tasty and with a hint of garlic and a gut ache later on.

A: Huy Fong's website specifically says none of their products need to be refrigerated after opening.

A: If you go into their website, you'll find the ingredients, it's very warm to hot!

A: No.  But if not used within 6 months I would consider refrigeration.
