I had a floating case around my Insta360 Ace2pro just in case the suction gave way but now feel solid using just the suction mount. I used this on a carbon fiber SUP board in rough waters (it was getting soaked) and at the end had to use both hands to pop each of the 3 suction cups it was so solid.
