Thanks** A: Put fragrance in a glass with water and drop the the empty container inside it slowly fills back up. Takes 1hour to fill. It's very easy to set the time, there are little dots on the bottom of the black " gadget ", the higher you go the more scent it should let out & a blue light should light up at the top.....nothing happened with mine and it went in the bin.
