I take Zepbound, and I was able to store my pen in the case to make sure it stayed at the right temperature. While I was testing it out, I tried it with the frozen packs. It got the case a little too cold. The temperature was reading just above 32°. Zepbound is supposed to be kept at a minimum temperature of 36° Overall though, it’s a really great case!
