The kind you need but end up at the bottom of your tool box.When on the area of your choice though they stay there good and solid. to point I put on the inside of the van to see how strong they where and i couldn't get it back off when sliding it over to an edge it scratched the surface. Hence me trying it in a place I don't care about. but if your adding them to wood to screw in then I think maybe they will hold heavier tools in hindsight. But I didn't want them for that purpose so all good for me for what i needed them for. I would Recommend them.
