Review: This particular iron was actually returned due to catastrophic damage during delivery. My hear just sank and I was so worried about the return, but, desertcart refunded me quickly and without problems. So, I purchased another one from a local retailer in Phoenix. Again, I had a problem with a large dent in the metal iron board top. I will say that they could have responded quicker, but at the end of the day, I am happy with a replacement from LauraStar and this iron is fantastic. Not for everyone though. Definitely a midlife crisis purchase.
Review: The unbelievable steam and power this iron has is unbelievable! I would highly recommend anyone that uses an iron often or cutting sewing, or just everyday ironing. This is the best ironing system. Available.

A: The model is a 110v.  A 220v in this model will need to be special ordered.

A: yes it comes with  nice wide  padded cover! you will love it!

**Q: On the main page/description, it shows 220V while someone (kindly) responded he plugged it in the USA, which is all 110V... I am very confused?**

This particular iron was actually returned due to catastrophic damage during delivery. My hear just sank and I was so worried about the return, but, Amazon refunded me quickly and without problems. So, I purchased another one from a local retailer in Phoenix. Again, I had a problem with a large dent in the metal iron board top. I am very happy with this product. I received it 2 days ago and we are impressed how well the steam works. Be aware that I have nothing to compare it to. One detail that you should know about: in the US the retractable cord is not allowed yet. That feature is allowed in Europe, not in the US. So do not be surprised to watch their tutorials (European company)and see that feature shown and yet your machine does not have it here in the US. (explanation I received from vendor the same day I asked)
