We're not sure, but we solved the problem anyway. With meal-lengthening ridges, deep grooves, and challenging mazes, Outward Hound Fun Feeder Slo Bowls keep dogs engaged for up to 10x longer at chow time. By creating a fun, calmer eating pace, our slow feeders can help deter obesity and bloat and improve your dog's digestion for happier pups. Choose from various slow levels – Slow, Slower, Slowest – including a slow bowl for flat-faced breeds, there's an option for your unique dog and their eating speed. Our slow feeders are non-slip to deter sliding and spillage; top rack dishwasher safe; made without BPA, PVC, lead, or phthalates; and are available in small (3/4 cups), medium (2 cups), and large (4 cups) to hold an entire meal no matter your dog's size. Go beyond the boring ol' dog bowl, and make mealtime more fun! Review: Slows down my boxer! - Slows Hank the Tank, my big boy boxer, down from 30 seconds to 10ish minutes which I’m calling a win! Perfect for flat faced dogs - shallow enough not to be too frustrating and challenging enough to slow him down. I’ve only fed dry kibble and clean up is easy. Bowl is sturdy and does not slide around. Five stars! Review: Worth it - I have a little chunky calico who has a very serious habit of eating her food way too fast. She would practically inhale her meals and, as a result, would often get sick afterward. It was a stressful situation, and I was so worried about her having feline bloat. I knew I had to do something, so I bought this Outward Hound Fun Feeder. This bowl has been a life saver! The design forces her to slow down and work a little bit for her food, and it has completely solved her issue with eating too quickly. She's no longer getting sick after meals, and my anxiety about her health has gone way down. If you have a fast eater like my little girl, I highly recommend this bowl. It's a simple and effective solution that has made a world of difference for us. ## Features - Medium slow feeder dog bowl – helps slow down eating up to 10X; this SLOW level feeder is designed for small to medium dog breeds who need to slow their pace a little - Holds 2 cups of dry or wet dog food – this shallow bowl has a simple puzzle feeder maze design and can fit a full meal for medium-sized dogs - Mindful mealtime – encourages slower eating and longer engagement, helping pups enjoy every bite while making mealtime more fun and interactive - Multiple sizes, maze patterns, and 3 SLOW levels to choose from – Slow, Slower, or Slowest – to slow your dog down as much as needed; pick the perfect size and design for your unique pet - Non-slip, food-safe, and easy to clean – our puzzle feeders are top-rack dishwasher-safe and made without BPAs, PVCs, lead, or phthalates ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0787FVCBW | | Additional Features | Slow | | Age Range Description | All Life Stages | | Best Sellers Rank | #140 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #1 in Dog Slow Feeders | | Brand | Outward Hound | | Brand Name | Outward Hound | | Breed Recommendation | Boston Terrier, Pug, French Bulldog, Shih Tzu | | Capacity | 2 cups | | Color | Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 135,629 Reviews | | Dog Breed Size | Medium | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00700603678308 | | Included Components | Slow feed bowl | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 1.71"L x 9.06"W x 8.62"H | | Item Type Name | Feed | | Item Weight | 8 ounces | | Manufacturer | Outward Hound | | Manufacturer Part Number | 67830 | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | 67830 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Product Care Instructions | Dishwasher Safe | | Recommended Uses For Product | Dry Food, Wet Food | | Special Feature | Slow | | Style | Fun Feeder | | Target Species | Dog | | UPC | 700603678308 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Outward Hound - **Material:** Plastic - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Dry Food, Wet Food - **Special Feature:** 1.5" depth, Lightweight, Portable - **Target Species:** Dog ## Images ![Fun Feeder Slo Bowl Dog Slow Feeder, Notch, Blue, 8.8" - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91+TpjpITVL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slows down my boxer! *by R***D on August 30, 2026* Slows Hank the Tank, my big boy boxer, down from 30 seconds to 10ish minutes which I’m calling a win!
