Guy called back. Told me they do not have facility now for repairs. Asked me to go to the website fill put warranty form and they will send me 2 new replacement reels back. That was last time I heard from them. Tried contacting them Nov 29th, Dec 2nd, today. Nothing. No call back, no contact, no reels. Customer support after purchase is no good. Warrnaty is no good in my case. Consider other options before buying this one. They work great till they break. No support from Kastking. Now, I cannot even leave them voiceail.
