It’s easy to turn on with an elbow or wrist when hands are dirty and makes washing dishes easy-just works really well. The replacement works great. The old dispenser definitely had a problem that I couldn’t fix. I tried the same batch of soap and replacing each piece of the dispenser separately. It was the actual dispenser that stopped working. Hopefully the new one keeps working.
