Review: My son left a pack of chicken in the trunk of the car I rarely drive. It sat there in the sun festering for almost a week. Outside of the car you smelled nothing. I went to get something from the car one day and when I opened it I was like “what died”! The smell was so horrible I gagged and threw up. I took everything out of the car and tossed it all! I have tried everything to get the smell out. Threw away the mats. Bleach. Odoban. Shampooed the interior and trunk. Bags of charcoal, vinegar, like EVERYTHING! And nothing was working. I bought this and put it in the car for about 45 mins. Went out to check and the smell was almost completely gone. It got dark so I could not run it any longer but will be doing it again tomorrow for about and hour and it should all be gone by then. This thing really works and at $50, you can’t beat that! Update: it took about 3hrs in the car and about 2hrs in the trunk but the smell is all gone!

**Q: Would this remove musty smell from flooded carpet?**
A: In my opinion, no.  I have tried this one and another one Ozone machine it did not remove the smell. It will make it less musty but will not remove the smell completely...

**Q: Do a filter come with this?**
A: No filter. Just turn the timer and it goes for 2hrs

**Q: How do I remove the vent?**
A: Yes

**Q: Do you leave a/c on when operating the generated?**
A: I did not but I will say you’ll have to leave the windows open afterwards. The ozone machine leaves a slight neutral smell of its own.
