I've had some trouble finding things like manchego cheese and rose harissa (different to standard harissa), and these things can take a bit of time and money to find and buy (had to buy the rose harissa from an online gourmet trader, which cost me $10 plus postage for a 180g jar). BUT, most dishes have simple and easy to get ingredients.
