Overall Great Bread!** - I used to really hate brown bread when I was a child, but over the last two decades, I have been using only brown/wholemeal breads + protein breads, but kept struggling to find one that was 'always' nice/palatable... I detest the brown breads that seem to fall-apart because they're full of air - I prefer a 'heavy', dense, slightly chewy brown bread, and if I'm honest, THIS is pretty much the CLOSEST bread that ticks more boxes than any other has thus far! The slices are actually quite big - a lot bigger than the most famous brands' versions of brown/wholemeal bread! There is NO 'end' slices (the crust slices at the end of every standard loaf), which is interesting to say the least!
