Already assembled are the box, neck, pickups, electronics. You basically just put the strings on which involves putting on (no gluing or nailing or screwing) the bolts for the bridge and the nut then tightening up the strings. Couldn't be easier. **Q: does a glass or brass slide come with this box guitar?** A: It came with a glass slide. My nephew loved this guitar. **Q: can it play acoustically as well as electric or is it electric only with no acoustic properties** A: You can definitely play acoustically with it. I recommend buying a mini amp for it that runs on batteries they are very cheap.
