I had an issue with the dvr saying camera error after about 2 weeks of use. Contacted the seller who immediately helped me troubleshoot the issue. If you buy this, make sure you get an sd card capable of at least 10 MB per second. My first card was too slow which caused the above issue, but I replaced it with a 30 MB per second card and am very happy so far. This dvr does not have a battery , so it switches off when you switch your car off.
