**Q: Waht is the height of the element, onto wich the face sits, at the shortest part that is closest to the heat?**
A: What is the shortest vertical length/height measurement of the large facial attachment only? My previous steamer was tall and I could gently rest my face on there to NEARLY completely seal the steam, saving on aroma oil usage. I would use it for 15-30 min. If you can't give me reasonable measurements, can you offer 100% refund with no post-back charges if not fit for the purpose, please?

**Q: Can you use vinegar to clean the water tray from limescale?**
A: Possibly, or just a little bit of lime scale remover. I’m lucky, I have soft water where I live, so it’s not something I’m likely to have to do. Good luck, I’m sure it will be fine.

**Q: Is the pot inside steel?**
A: The pot for the water is metal there is a measuring cup to fill it you can put essensial oil in or i put a drop of cider viniger for my sinuises plus the water i turn it on while im doing something by the time the dishes are washed its ready .

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps with sinus and bronchitis issue

When it arrived I wanted to return it straight away due to poor fit - shape of face and nasal parts are way to large, huge one does not fit face shape at all and nasal part do not protect eyes from heat/steam so you need to cover top with hand or cloth. It can be beneficial if you want to inhale from nose and mouth at the same time or rest your chin on botton part. As heat is strong it is not suitable to use for children itself. As the item is non returnable I give it a try. It does not produce lots of steam as cold steamers do. The item boils the water and works using mostly heat and little steam which comes out of hot water similar to old fashion inhalations where you cover your head with towel over a hot water bowl with aromatotherapy oils or saline solution. It takes few minutes for water to boil and produce steam/heat on setting 2, then I switch to setting 1 as 2 become to strong regarding heat. I bought this model for tee trea oil and four bandits oil nasal inhalation to help with chronic sinus issue. There is plastic part where you can put cotton pad to apply oil for inhalation or you can put saline into 50ml water cup base. When water/saline runs out the item shut off automaticaly. So far I tried oils inhalation and it helped a lot. The heat is strong so I have to put nose in and out constantly and think even if parts were good fit I would not be able to keep nose inside plastc part for long as heat is so strong. However for sinus and bronchitis hygene heat is the way to effectively clear passage with oils and/or saline. As cup holds onlly 50ml of liquid which last approx 10-15 minutes, there is no risk for item to stop working due to overheat. The item is well made and overal bauer products are good quality which should last years if you don't get faulty model. As long as you are able to get use to the shape of it, it will significantly improve the quality of breathing and having in mind good quality tea tree oil can kill bacteria and help to flush them out it may be wirth to buy tool which can handle both oils and saline. I did not tried face steamer just nasal part and found it helpful and now I do not regret buying this model. Most inhalers are not suitable for oils this is 2 in 1 which met my needs.
