I’ve had them just over a week and my foot pain is gone and lower back is getting better every day. Will buy another pair when needed. These aren’t bulky at all and look the same as any other shoe out there, slightly heavier but not noticeable. What is noticeable is a small rubber heel, which is awesome for walking and standing.
