Put it straight on and glasses float perfectly just above nose, no adjustment needed. Absolute lifesaver as any pressure on my nose bridge sparks migraines. I do have a small head so it could be tight for others. ### ⭐ Expensive and doesn’t work *by A***W on 5 January 2025* When it was too tight it pressed on temple and after half hour gave me a sharp headache pain. Loosened off then would not stay on my head. Did not hold glasses off nose which was needed after surgery.
