Review: Nice solid weight cover - I got this after losing the outside swinging type cover and finding there wasn't really anywhere to re-screw it - the screw holes had broken away into the key hole opening. This plate is much bigger and the 4 corner screw placing is well away from where the last ones were. It's thicker than I expected, weighty and feels and looks like quality. Fitted easily with the screw provided and looks stylish. The slightly larger size of the plate means it hides a multitude of sins underneath so is the well worth the price.

I got this after losing the outside swinging type cover and finding there wasn't really anywhere to re-screw it - the screw holes had broken away into the key hole opening. This plate is much bigger and the 4 corner screw placing is well away from where the last ones were. It's thicker than I expected, weighty and feels and looks like quality. Fitted easily with the screw provided and looks stylish. The slightly larger size of the plate means it hides a multitude of sins underneath so is the well worth the price.

I would give 5 stars but 2 of the chrome screws couldn't be used as they didn't have screwdriver slots !
