Compatible with 2-inch Olympic plates, it offers a sleek, mobile fit ideal for high-rep exercises like pull-ups, dips, and squats. Built from durable nylon-fiberglass composite, it supports progressive training and customization through EZ-VEST accessories, making it a must-have for fitness enthusiasts aiming to level up their bodyweight routines. ## Description Build strength with a weighted vest that adapts to your training. Kensui EZ-VEST is a plate loaded adjustable weighted vest designed to turn compatible Olympic plates into resistance for bodyweight exercises. Add load to familiar movements and keep progressing as your strength, control and training experience develop. Use your workout vest for weighted pull ups, dips, push ups, squats and lunges. Change the load to suit the exercise, your planned repetitions and your current ability. The plate loading system lets you make smaller increases with suitable plates, helping you build a progressive overload routine around the equipment you already own. Choose the capacity that fits your goals. EZ-VEST Lite supports up to 80 lb, Pro supports up to 150 lb and Max supports up to 300 lb. These are maximum load capacities, not included weights. Actual plate fit depends on plate dimensions and available sleeve space. Select your model before ordering and stay within its rated capacity. Adjustable shoulder and waist straps help you customize the fit for your body. Whether you want a weighted vest for men or women, focus on the strap adjustment and model features that suit your training needs. Use it for calisthenics, strength sessions or weighted walking with a load appropriate for your experience. EZ-VEST accepts compatible 2-inch Olympic weight plates as supplied. To use 1-inch standard plates, purchase the matching EZ-VEST adapter separately. Secure your plates with the included collars and check the fit before each session. You control the resistance by adding or removing plates, making this strength training vest useful across different exercises and stages of progress. Includes one EZ-VEST in the selected Lite, Pro or Max version and collars. Weight plates, 1-inch adapters and optional accessories are sold separately. Build your home gym routine around a reusable plate loaded system and choose the resistance that matches each workout. Keep a consistent weekly routine. ## Features - MAKE ROOM FOR HEAVIER TRAINING: EZ-VEST Max supports up to 300 lb of added load, the highest capacity in the EZ-VEST lineup. Build a progressive strength routine with compatible plates and increase resistance at a pace suited to your ability & goals. - TRAIN WITH EXTRA CUSHIONING: Max pairs an aluminum frame with 8 mm padding and a PU leather lining to support your plate loaded routine. Its thicker padding gives you more cushioning than Pro as you build a routine around demanding strength sessions. - GET IN AND OUT WITH LESS FUSS: The quick-release side buckle makes EZ-VEST Max easier to remove between exercises or after training. Adjustable shoulder and waist straps let you personalize the fit, then check the fastening before any loaded workout. - CHALLENGE YOUR BODYWEIGHT BASICS: Use this weighted vest for pull ups, dips, push ups, squats and lunges. Add or remove plates to suit every movement and your planned repetitions, giving you adjustable resistance throughout your calisthenics routine. - BUILD AROUND YOUR OLYMPIC PLATES: Max fits compatible 2-inch plates and includes securing collars. For 1-inch standard plates, use the matching Max adapter, sold separately. Includes this vest; weight plates are not included. Load capacity is 300 lb. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CP9YVWFM | | Best Sellers Rank | #59,891 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #93 in Strength Training Weight Vests | | Brand Name | KENSUI | | Closure Type | Hook, Loop | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (66) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00850049097338, 00850049097352 | | Item Highlight | Train up to 300 lb with an aluminum frame, 8 mm padding and quick-release buckle.
