My skin loves it, it feel soft and hydrated after using it, it is efficient all over my body. I use it especially for my legs, it relaxes me after after a long day at work, I think it improves my blood circulation and I get better sleep when I use it. I use it a few times a week. I find it easier to use if I massage it in on wet skin. A bottle lasts me at least six months, which is quite good as I use it often. All natural and non-toxic.
