This is the book that helped me get through the last two years of my husband's life when I was his primary caregiver. It kept me calm and at peace, which I needed when watching him decline. I still use it daily, and I would highly recommend it to everyone who needs a reminder to be kind and stay calm in the face of life's challenges.

I love this book. I’ve read it over and over. I just open it randomly now, read a few pages and feel inspired or have my mind opened. The short paragraphs and quotes make it easy to read a little or a lot at a time

If I could give this 6 stars, I would.This book is filled with wonderful essays and quotes regarding Forgiveness, Lovingkindness and Peace. My copy, though I've only had it a few weeks, is already dog eared with passages that I've shared with others.If you or someone you know could use some help in the forgiveness department, this is the book for you. It would make a great gift for anyone.As a Roman Catholic, I could be tempted to stay only within the confines of The Church for my reading material. This book is filled with wonderful quotes from all kinds of belief systems. It is a jewel in the desert.It's not surprising that a book written soon after 9/11/01 still how power to move mountains.
