Review: Flavorful, Perfect balance, Versatile for any recipe - I love this salt company. I have now tried every single one of their salt infused products and this one is spectacular for poultry and fish. The salt is coarse however with very little effort you connect grind it to a finer consistency. I have used this in marinades and it dissolves quickly. There is definitely a hint of lemon it tastes fresh it's not too sour or sweet. There is a hint of garlic and the salt is not super salty. Each time I receive one of their products I can literally taste it plain straight from the container. I'm super happy with all of their products I use this seasoning during sous vide and grilling. Perfect flavor.
