The taste is a bit sweeter than soy sauce - you can think it's a hybrid between soy sauce and molasses mixture. It has lower salt content than regular soy sauce. The coconut aminos is slightly thicker than regular soy sauce. It's very versatile to use in replacement of regular soy sauce. I am so happy to find a great alternative it is very easy to use and this ingredient is a keeper. Also I've always loved Bragg organic products. So it's a win win!
