Easy to handle It doesn't hurt or cause discomfort to my dog in a way where he needs to constantly pull away... You just need the right angle to get it done correctly. I have a shiba inu, so he's around a medium sized dog.I'm not sure how well this would work for a larger or bigger breed. Review: Cut nails first then use it - Easy to use, size handle was perfect for my hand. I dremel my dogs nails however she won’t let me get too close to her quick with it so came across this. It worked for my dog because she can handle nail trims. Highly recommend for dogs who can handle them. Also they work best on front paws only. ## Features - Silent, No Motor: No buzzing grinder, no vibration and no battery to charge. Nervous dogs and cats stay calm, because nothing loud comes near their paws, just a soft, quiet sanding pad - Smooth, Rounded Nails: Files the tip down a little at a time, so you stay in control and well away from the quick. No sharp corners or split nails like a clipper can leave, and less snagging on floors, sofas and skin - Made for Regular Upkeep: A few strokes per nail, 2 to 3 times a week, keeps nails short and tidy. Filing is gentle, so very long nails take longer; clip those first, then smooth the edges with the file - Swap a Pad in Seconds: The hook and loop base holds each sanding pad firmly. Peel the worn pad off and press a new one on; 4 sanding pads are included (1 fitted plus 3 spares) - Palm-Sized Real Wood Grip: 2.36 in (6 cm) wide with a rounded ball handle that sits naturally in your hand for a steady angle, in a deep black finish. Suits puppies, small and large dogs, and cats; backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 323 Reviews | ## Images ![Silent Dog Nail File, Real Wood Handle, 3 Spare Pads, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81YM++7cxcL.jpg) ![Silent Dog Nail File, Real Wood Handle, 3 Spare Pads, Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81tKhWmU8iL.jpg) ![Silent Dog Nail File, Real Wood Handle, 3 Spare Pads, Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81HRwb-KRXL.jpg) ![Silent Dog Nail File, Real Wood Handle, 3 Spare Pads, Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71JcyuretBL.jpg) ![Silent Dog Nail File, Real Wood Handle, 3 Spare Pads, Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717QlCJmzAL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its small and simple. *by P***N on November 17, 2025* My first time using it didn't go as well as I hoped, but after that, it work everything out.
