It was for a Verizon Gizmo watch and worked really well. Lets just say she hasn't reached a point where she is always kind to her gadgets (or has a financial consideration). The little black retention clip developed a small tear, and then a week later broke entirely. I've had this happen on my Garmin watch as well - so regardless of how it happened, it broke. I went onto Amazon and was going to buy a replacement band - but then I noticed that the company provides a warranty for the band.I reached out around 7:30 AM in the morning. In the next couple of hours, I had a response and not 1, but 4 retention clips were sent out via USPS. I received the package in the next 2 days and the replacements were perfect. I have no doubt that if the band had failed, they would have sent the entire band. In addition, and this was a nice touch, not only was the email correspondence personal, there was a hand written thank you in package signed from Trevor and Colin (the owners). Now, whether that was actually Trevor and Colin - I can't be sure - but it was a very nice touch.So, we had a failure that I've experienced with other bands. That concern was immediately addressed by GadgetWraps. A company that stands behind their product and made resolution of the issue as easy as an email. A while ago I bought a pink one and then got this one when my other daughter's band broke since this pink one was holding up well for the other daughter.
