The foam cover for the earpiece is nearly impossible to get on as it just rips (I would maybe suggest the seller sells them with it on already because otherwise it is quite uncomfortable in your ear). 2. The range is very meh and once you get far enough away when you speak the only thing the other people can hear is a crackle.
